PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Series information
Vickers V10/V20-equivalent compact vane pump for mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits.
TECHNICAL SELECTION
Specifications & configuration
| Parameter | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Displacement | The volume displaced per shaft revolution. Use the actual displacement value and unit, not just the model's displacement code. |
| Pressure rating | The applicable limit depends on the selected configuration and operating conditions. Continuous and intermittent ratings serve different duties. |
| Rotation | The direction must match the pump specification and the stated viewing direction. Supply the original designation when replacing a pump. |
| Shaft & mounting | The shaft transmits drive torque; the flange locates and secures the pump. Matching a family name does not establish mechanical fit. |
| Ports & orientation | Connection size, connection standard and housing orientation all affect installation. Outlet positions matter on multi-section assemblies. |
| Fluid & seals | The selected fluid, viscosity, temperature and seal material must suit the pump configuration. |
QUICK TECHNICAL REFERENCE
Find the displacement behind the code
Match the series first, then look up its capacity code. These displacement values come from Renowell catalogs; they are not measured flow rates or complete ordering codes.

Model code and installation
Read inlet and outlet connection codes separately. V10 and V20 have different capacity, shaft and connection options.

- Series and fluid prefix
- Distinguish V10 from V20 and retain the fluid prefix.
- Inlet connection
- Record the inlet connection code before the capacity code.
- Capacity code
- Use the geometric displacement table for the exact series; the code is not the displacement value.
- Outlet connection and shaft
- Record both codes. Check the corresponding shaft drawing, including splined options.
- Outlet position and rotation
- This code table defines both from the shaft end. Retain the design number as well.
Include every suffix when requesting a quote.
Compare interfaces before ordering
- Inlet and outlet
- Check the two connection codes and their thread standards separately.
- Shaft
- Check keyed or splined construction and the series-specific dimensions.
- Mounting
- Use the V10 or V20 installation drawing for the selected unit.
- Operating limits
- The source separates limits by capacity and fluid. Do not apply one family-wide maximum.
Use stated dimensions, not measurements taken from an image on screen. Request the current drawing or CAD file for your exact configuration.
