Typical equipment
Identify the circuit served by the pump: the machine may have separate drives for its main and auxiliary functions.
What the hydraulic system does
Mobile hydraulic systems can power cylinders and motors for work functions. A machine may use several circuits with different requirements; a pump serving an auxiliary function is not automatically suitable for the main working circuit.
Illustrative sequence only; the actual machine cycle and control system may differ.
Pump selection checks
Cylinder movement and hydraulic motor drives · Variable loads and drive speeds
Main working circuit or auxiliary?
Identify whether the pump supplies implements, steering or an auxiliary circuit. Each may need a different pump and control arrangement.
Which control system is installed?
Send the circuit diagram and complete pump code. Similar flow does not make fixed- and variable-displacement pumps interchangeable.
How is the pump driven?
Record shaft type, rotation and pump speed range. Add mounting photos and dimensions.
- Identify the exact machine function and circuit type.
- State operating speed range and mounting constraints.
- Confirm shaft connection, rotation and port configuration.
Check the required operating points against the pump document, then compare the shaft, mounting, rotation and ports.
Compare the product details
Use the catalog photos to identify the series, then open its drawings and technical data. Final selection depends on the machine specification.
Send your machine requirements
Send the equipment model, pump nameplate and function served by the pump. Describe whether the inquiry covers the main circuit or an auxiliary circuit.
Include the required quantity, destination and delivery expectations. For a replacement, add the old pump’s nameplate and photographs of the installation.
